A SUPRISE 30th BiRtHdAy!!

Jay Man turned 30 years old on October 2nd and boy did we celebrate!! I rented a house in St. George and invited Tsalaph and Kasey, Dan and Kim, and Tiffany and Hyrum. It was a suprise...I tried not to tell him, but I had to about a half hour before we left because Dan and Hyrum work for Jay. Jay was trying to get work all figured out, so I told Jay that Dan and Hy couldn't work because they were coming with us! Anyway...it didn't go out as planned, but I still hid it pretty well considering everything! Jay was pretty suprised! We left Thursday and just hung out at the awesome house I booked...got some grub, chatted, played pool! Friday was Jay's birthday, so all the guys went golfing in the morning...the backyard was on the 13th hole of the golf course! Us girlies went and got a pedicure and went to a movie and ran a couple errands. That took longer than we thought, so we came home and got ready to go to dinner. Jay wanted Olive Garden...imagine that. He had a couple suprises waiting for him there =) If you guys know Jay, you know that he HATES attention. That is why I did this, because a little attention is good for him! They brought him a dozen roses when we got to our table...from me of course! He was a little confused as to how they got there. Dinner was delicious! While we were waiting for the check forever...they finally brought out Jay's cake with 30 trick candles on it!! Tee hee...it was so funny watching him try to blow those things out. We all pitched in a little. Smoke alarms almost went off...there was so much smoke!! Again...good for Jay! He was pretty suprised!! It was fun doing it too, because it is so hard to pull something off...he usually finds out.



Then we went back to the house and played some good ol poker. Stayed up late again, and finally went to bed. The next day we got up and got ready. The guys went and walked a couple holes of golf so they didn't have to pay for 9 holes while we got ready. We headed to Vegas! We went to Ceasars Palace and got some food when we got there, then off the guys go to play poker. We went shopping at the Forum shops in Ceasar's. So fun! We walked that whole mall, and the guys were still playing poker, so we walked to Planet Hollywood and did some more shopping. Later we ended up eating at The Cheesecake Factory, then headed home and didn't get there until 2:30 in the morning. We were all so tired! It was so fun.

Sunday we all slept in...I haven't slept in that late for I don't know how long!! We ate breakfast then headed home. We were all so excited to see our kiddos. My mom watched my kids the whole time, so that was awesome. I always worry about them, but when my mom has them, I don't worry as much! They are in good hands. Thank you so much mom for taking care of them. They sure had a blast.
