5 WhOlE YeArS!!!

Jay and I celebrated our 5th year anniversary on March 22nd!! We had a great day! We went to church and all that good stuff, then later went to Flemings for dinner at the Gateway...YUMMY!! I love that place! Then we went to Grand America to spend the night! The next day we had a delicious breakfast there then got an 80 minute couples massage which was AMAZING!! Oh how I love a good massage! Then we did a little shopping, then picked up our kids from my mom's house! It was the first night away from Karston, and it was pretty hard! We almost took him with us, but my mom talked us out of it! I am so glad the girls love to stay at grandma's! Thanks so much mom!! It was pretty low key since we did take the kids to Disneyland a week before and then we went to St. George 4 days later, so we have been busy busy...just the way I like it!!

To my hubby:

Thank you for being you! You are such an amazing husband and father! Thank you for being such a good example and being someone I look up too!! You are my everything...and our kids' everything! I am so happy and lucky to be your wife! Thank you for choosing me. I love to be with you, hang out with you, be silly and dumb with you, and I sure love our date nights! I am so proud of you and our family for taking this next big step and becoming closer to our Heavenly Father! You mean the world to me and I don't know what I would do without you! Thank you for all you do for me and our kids...you do so much! I wish I was better with words, but I just wanted you to know these past 5 years have been so amazing!! How lucky we are to have three beautiful children! I love you so much and many more years to come!!!

A SiStErS WeDdInG AnD MoRe...

So, my amazing little sister Danielle got married on Friday, March 13, and I was lucky enough to be a bridesmaid and Jaydyn and Saydey were two out of the five flower girls. She got married at Talons Cove golf coarse! It was a beautiful wedding! They got married outside since it was such a nice day and then the reception was inside with yummy food and some good music! I really can't believe she is married! It seems like yesterday that we were fighting like cats and dogs and now we are the bestest friends! I am so happy for her and her cute little family! What a blessing they are in my life! Dani's little girl Kaiya is also just as amazing!!! I love that little girl like she is my own. What an emotional day, but a great day! Dani married a great guy and I am so happy to call him my brother!! They really are such a cute couple! I wish them the best of luck...what a lucky girl I am to have a sister like Dani!!! Good luck with everything that life may throw at you two, and remember you guys are a team!! With love you can endure anything! That's my advice for you two, and I love you all so much!!! Congratulations!!!

DiSnEyLaNd!!!

We decided to pull a last minute vacation to DiSnEyLaNd. We went with Jay's cousin Than and his wife Veena and their two adorable kids! We had soooooo much fun! Our family needed something just like this! We drove and were gone for 6 days! We stayed in our condo with Trendwest, and it was really nice! We had to move rooms the 3rd day, and they moved us to a huge sweet on the top floor, so we could see the fireworks every night from our room! The kids LOVED it! We went to Disneyland 2 of the days and to California Adventures one day! We also hit Huntington Beach one of the days! It was a little chilly at the beach...but it wasn't snowing thats for sure!! The kids would come home exhausted everyday! Jaydyn would just crash anywhere...the couch, the restaurant, the floor! It was so cute! Let me tell you, we were just as exhausted! It still seems like 3 days at the parks was not enough! It is huge...I haven't been since I was like 6 or so, so I don't really remember it and Jay has never been! Karston did really well too! He loves his carseat and stroller, so he slept most of the time! There isn't many pictures of him! He's not going to believe us we took him to Disneyland because he was in his carseat a lot, and that's pretty much the only pictures we took! It was sure nice to get out of this cold weather though! I was sure glad when I heard it snowed here while we were there, I'm not going to lie! Saydey really wanted to ride all the big roller coasters!! She loves them, but she was just too little to ride the one Jaydyn and Sara rode!!

I am so glad we decided to go...sorry Dani for skippin out on ya just days before your wedding! We had a BLAST!!!

Like I said, we went to Huntington Beach! It was so fun showing the kids the ocean! The water was freezing...so they only got about knee deep, but it was still so fun! We buried Than in the sand, then the girls all wanted to get buried! They also built a sand castle! I love the beach...I just wished it was a little warmer so they could have played in the ocean more and I could have got some rays, but oh wll! It was just cool watching the girls see the ocean! They absolutly loved it!
